Computing & Internet Books

A personal computer can be a laptop, desktop, palmtop or a tablet computer but, what they all have in common is that they are operated by individual end-users. A personal computer has the capabilities to undertake word processing and spreadsheets amongst a host of other functions, depending on the operating system and the software that has been included – either as an integral function, or which has been uploaded to the computer at a later stage. When it comes to internet facilities, personal computers are able to operate email clients, and Web browsers giving access to the World Wide Web and the innumerable resources available while online.
